MILETICH JIU-JITSU (joo JIT-soo) - Miletich Jiu-Jitsu (MJJ) is a grappling art that was perfected by martial artists to defend against bigger opponents. Jiu-Jitsu uses submission holds such as chokes and joint locks to render opponents helpless. This art is a great way to get in shape and learn an art that is great for self-defense. Here at Miletich Fighting Systems we have combined Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo and Sambo into a very well rounded ground fighting system. People from all walks of life and age groups take this class so you will undoubtedly fit in easily. There are two levels of classes for Miletich Jiu-Jitsu from beginner to advanced depending on your skill and athletic ability. All MJJ classes are taught without wearing a gi.
