Full fledged mixed martial arts school. Top notch facility. Chris Elms is the grappling coach. He is a Brown Belt in jits and a Black belt in Judo as well as the former I.S.C.F. United States middle weight MMA champion. Chris has also assistant coached high school wrestling. Mark Greubel, assistant coach of the U.S. kickboxing team and 2 time undefeated U.S. kickboxing champion, is the striking coach. Also on staff as a conditioning coach is Brazilian, Carlos Stagliaros, who has help train world class athelets such as "Babalou" Sobral, Vitor Belfort, and Jefferson Tank. You will not find better training or coaching in the Augusta GA area. We always offer one free week to anyone interested in trying our classes!
