Head Instructor Adam LaClair is a BJJ Purple Belt (under Roy Harris & Joe Moreira), a 5th Degree Black Belt in TeKido-Ryu Combat Jiu-Jitsu, a 1st Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, and has cross-trained in several other styles. He is also a certified coach in "Personal Defense Readiness" under Tony Blauer. After more than a decade of success in New England, with many champion students in submission grappling and MMA competition, Mr. LaClair has relocated to the Greater Binghamton area of New York. LaClair Jiu-Jitsu and MMA Academy is operated out of the Shamrock Athletic Center (formerly Bally's Fitness), located on Riverside Drive in Johnson City, New York.
