We have a full MMA training facility that includes a full weight lifting gym and strength program specific to MMA. Our classes consist of a variety of striking styles headed by Cody Freeland a World Classic Kickboxing Champion, Wrestling with Tim Morrissey a four time All-American, and a combination of BJJ and ground-n-pound with James Linic.
