This martial art was founded by Rilion's father Carlos Gracie in the 1920's and has been proven to be the most effective form of self defense ever developed. Rilion is widely recognized as one of the best jiu jitsu practicioners in the world. He is the only member of the famous Gracie Family teaching in Florida.
