Thank you for checking out Dover New Jersey's source for the BEST Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, Fitness, and MMA in the Morris County, NJ area! Dover is 39 miles (63 km) west of New York City and 29 miles (47 km) west of Newark, New Jersey. It is very accessible from Route 46, 80, 10, and 15. There is also Dover train station on Dickerson street that is within walking distance of the school for added transportation.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Classes 5 days a week. HUGE training area along with a parents waiting room with TV and WIFI. Full weight room and sauna coming soon!
